(NYSE: RIG) announced today that two of its indirect, wholly-owned subsidiaries will relinquish their respective interests in two drillships under construction – the Ocean Rig Santorini and the Ocean Rig Crete (the “Drillships”) – to Samsung Heavy Industries Co., Ltd.
